To Eat Or Not To Eat?

It’s known that diabetes (specifically Type 2) usually stems from unhealthy food choices accompanied with stress and an inactive lifestyle. But once you are in it, it’s often difficult to give up your daily routine to adopt a healthier lifestyle and all that it entails. Taking your first step into the world of healthy alternatives could be tough though, where you are always on the edge with what’s actually healthy or not and most importantly making sure the taste buds are happy!

Today I would like to share my list of common happy healthy alternatives! Why happy? Because you don’t count calories, you eat something new, something healthy!

For fruits and veggies, you don’t need alternatives! You only need to be eating by the season. No need to put down the mango just after eating a slice in the summers! Feel free to grab one a day and enjoy! (But always remember Moderation is Key.)
