Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
- Roast the peanuts on a pan and keep aside. Remove the blackened peels of the peanuts and let the rest remain.
- Finely chop up the tomatoes and onions.
- In a bowl add the peanuts, onions and tomatoes. Drizzle with Sweet Sour Chili Sauce (shake well before using) and toss the ingredients together till well coated.
- Add in salt (optional) and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Add some lime juice and/or chilli powder if desired. Refrigerate the chaat and then serve chilled. Enjoy!
