Can’t seem to resist those Jeera butter biscuits during tea time? We’ve got a superfood alternative for you and it’s the easiest to make!

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) | 3 Tbsp., roasted | <10 | Negligible |

Salt (mix of pink and regular salt 1:1) | 1½ Tsp. or to taste | 0 | Nil |
Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
Method:
- Rub melted butter onto the almonds and bake at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 min.
- In a blender powder the roasted jeera, salt & stevia.
- When the almond is crunchy and oven roasted sprinkle the prepared powder over it and toss till coated well.
- Can be stored in an airtight container but must eat it when freshly made. Enjoy!
