Garlic Powder 3 Tsp. <20 Very Low
Salt (Pink:Regular) As per taste (1:1) 0 Nil

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  • For the garlic flavored hung curds, combine the garlic powder and salt with the prepared hung curds and refrigerate.
  • Blend all the ingredients other than oil for the falafel coarsely. Make coin size balls and fry in the oil.
  • Serve hot with Garlic flavored hung curds. Enjoy!
