Spinach & Cottage Cheese Chicken Mince Tikkis

INGREDIENT QUANTITY GLYCEMIC INDEX LEVEL
Spinach 50g, chopped finely <10 Negligible
Cottage Cheese 50g, grated or crumbled 0 Nil
Chicken Mince (or Mushroom minced) 150g 0 Nil
Green Chilies 2-3 in number <20 Very Low
Isabgol (Pysllium Husk) 1-2 Tsp. <10 Negligible
Coriander 2-3 Tbsp., finely chopped. <10 Negligible
Olive Oil (non-refined) 2-3 Tsp. 0 Nil
Salt (mix of pink and regular salt 1:1) 1-2 Tsp. or per taste 0 Nil
Pepper Powder 1-2 Tsp. 0 Nil

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  • Wash all the veggies.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and roll into equal size rounds with moist hands. Now flatten into Tikkis.
  • Shallow fry in olive oil and serve with chilled cucumber yogurt chutney.
