Sizzling Veggies in Pepper Garlic & Cream Sauce

Salt & Pepper for Veggies As per taste 0 Nil
Coconut Oil or Nut oil (Non-Filtered) 2 Tbsp. 0 Nil
Pepper Sauce
Garlic 5 cloves, minced <20 Very Low
Water Chestnut Flour 2 Tbsps. <50 Low
Water 1 Cup 0 Nil
Pepper Powder 1 Tsp. 0 Nil
Sweet Sour Chilli Sauce  2 Tbsp. &lt;30 Low
White Sauce
Garlic 5 cloves, minced <20 Very Low
Water Chestnut Flour 2 Tbsps. <50 Low
Pepper Powder 1 Tsp. ground 0 Nil
Whole Milk 1 Cup. <50 Low
Cream Cheese 1 Tbsp. 0 Nil
Fresh Cream 3 Tbsp. 0 Nil
Coconut Oil or Nut oil (Non-Filtered) 1 Tbsp. 0 Nil

*Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO

  1. Slice the capsicums into thin slices, the French beans stay whole, cauliflower & broccoli cut into florets, mushrooms cut into four pieces, carrots thinly sliced and prepare the protein into strips or bite sizes.
  2. Semi-boil the French beans, cauliflower & broccoli florets with salt and then strain the veggies, keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil and shallow fry all the prepared veggies & protein pieces with pepper n salt in a wide saucepan, once done keep aside.
  4. For the pepper sauce, use the same oil to fry finely cut garlic till slightly golden. Mix the water chestnut flour in the water and add the mixture into the pan. Now add in the pepper and salt to taste. Add Sweet Sour Chilli Sauce, stir well till the sauce thickens and empty into a bowl.
  5. To prepare the white sauce, heat another pan with oil and fry finely cut garlic till slightly golden. Add the water chestnut flour and fry in the pan. Add in the pepper powder, milk, cream cheese and fresh cream, mix thoroughly. Remove from heat once thickens.
  6. To prepare the plate, place the cabbage leaves on a hot sizzler plate and place all the fried veggies and protein. Pour the pepper sauce on the fried veggies and the white sauce on the fried proteins. Serve sizzling hot! Enjoy!
