Saffron Spiced Almond Yoghurt Cooler

INGREDIENT QUANTITY GLYCEMIC INDEX LEVEL
Almonds 1 Tbsp., sliced <20 Very Low
Greek Yoghurt 100gms 0 Nil
Stevia 1 tsp. or to taste 0 Nil
Saffron (Kesar) A pinch <10 Negligible
Chilled Water 300ml 0 Nil
Salt A pinch 0 Nil

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  • Put all the ingredients (except the 1/2 tbsp almond slices) in a food processor or a blender and blend it for a couple of seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass and top it up with the reserved almond slices.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
