Hi.. there is definitely good and bad fats. Beware the trans fats hidden in  fried and bakery products.. also packaged foods and cold cuts should be minimised in the diet. Mufa pufa and saturated fats ratio  in foods is wat is to be looked at. Rotate berween ricebran oil and groundnut oil and sesame oil for cooking. No ghee more than 1 tsp to be used per day per person. Include avocados, flaxseeds and fish for heart – protective factors… these are practical tips you can follow😀
