There is so much that nature offers apart from grains! Whole foods give you so much more nutrition! Infact celiac condition forces you to eat healthy and hence you are so much healthier than normal people because no cheating even!
If you crave grains, I tend to make rotis out of Besan or Buck wheat. Now you also get all sorts of Gluten free stuff at Nature’s basket. Keep an eye for the Starched in these GF products though. Choose the ones with no starch or as less as possible.
