Hi Zaid. Fats like butter and ghee have been bad mouthed so much in the past decade.
New studies are coming out that prove that all these fats (except trans fat) is the best source of energy for our body and infact aid lots of our body’s functioning like absorbing vitamins.
And you are very right, best part is butter has no carbs and we all know how well that works for diabetics! 😀
