Pump up Granola

Almond Milk ¾ Cup <30 Very Low
Dates / Prunes (Chopped) 2 <50 / <30 Low

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  • Mix everything together- whisk it and don’t blend it. Then, place it all on a tray and bake it at 200C (392F) until nicely browned.
  • When ready, take it out; add some berries, chopped pecans and rhymes home made almond milk or coconut milk to enjoy the healthiest breakfast granola ever.

Nowadays its common to be time pressed in the morning- instead of picking up packaged cereals which are loaded with additives and preservatives, go for this home-made granola with the right proportion of proteins, carbs and omega 3 fats to keep your hunger cravings at bay till noon. Make sure to add your favourite fruits and more flax seeds to this one to give you the extra crunch and plenty of health!
