Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
Method:
- To make coconut butter, keep grinding the dry desiccated coconut till it reaches a fine paste consistency.
- Now mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl till it is well blended. Adjust the sweetness as per preference.
- Place into silicon moulds to form a shape and decorate it with chopped almonds or push whole almonds half way into the middle of the mixture. Let it set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Garnish with freshly grate coconut and enjoy!
