Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients listed under salad dressing in a bowl thoroughly. Keep aside some mint leaves for garnishing.
- Mix all the salad veggies together except the egg.
- Shake well and add the dressing over the salad.
- Now garnish with the boiled and sliced egg pieces and the remaining mint leaves.
Tip:- Try and chill all the salad veggies before pouring the dressing over it. Even eggs taste yummier when cooled before added to the salad.
