Healthy Breakfast Cereal Bowl

INGREDIENT QUANTITY GLYCEMIC INDEX LEVEL
Cucumbers 2 in number, cubed <10 Negligible
Paneer 50g, cubed and roasted 0 Nil
Hung Curds 2 Tbsp. <20 Very Low
Chili Flakes 1/2 Tsp. or as per taste 0 Nil
Stevia Powder ¼ Tsp. or as per taste <10 Negligible
Lime Juice for Dip ½ Tsp. or as per taste 0 Nil
Himalayan Pink Salt As per taste 0 Nil
Mint Powder 2 Tsp 0 Nil
Lime juice for Salad 1Tbsp 0 Nil

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  1. All ingredients should be chilled.
  2. To make a sweet and spicy dip, mix the chili flakes, lime juice, stevia and salt together and refrigerate.
  3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the dip and place in a serving cup or glass. Make sure all the ingredients are chilled for this cold summer salad.
  4. Top with the sweet and spicy dip and some fresh finely chopped mint leaves. ENJOY!
