Healthy Breakfast Cereal Bowl

INGREDIENT QUANTITY GLYCEMIC INDEX LEVEL
Ragi Flakes (Unsalted) ½ Cup <50 Low
Whole Milk ¼ Cup <30 Low
Pumpkin Seeds (Plain) 2 Tbsp. <20 Very Low
Coconut Sugar ½ Tbsp. 35 Low
Cinnamon ¼ Tsp. <10 Negligible
Almonds or your favourite nut 2 Tbsp. (chopped) <20 Very low
Seasonal Fruit (optional) For garnishing <50 Low

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

Method:

  1. Soak the ragi flakes and powdered coconut sugar in the milk in a serving bowl for a few minutes till it softens.
  2. Add the chopped nuts and sprinkle the seeds and cinnamon on the top.
  3. Garnish with seasonal fruits if desired.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy!
