Greens in Coconut & Cheese Dressing

Greens in Coconut & Cheese Dressing

Broccoli 1 Cup, boiled <10 Negligible
Iceberg Lettuce 2 Cups, torn <10 Negligible
Spring onions ½ Stick, chopped <20 Very Low
Capsicum (small) 1 in number, diced <50 Low
Cucumber 1 Cup, diced <20 Very Low
Chili Flakes As per taste <20 Very Low
Coconut Cream 1 ½ Cup <30 Low
Cream Cheese (full fat) ½ Cup 0 Nil
Fresh Cheese ¼ Cup or as per taste 0 Nil
Sweet Sesame Vinaigrette 1-2 Tbsp. <30 Low

Method:
Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.

  1. Mix all the greens together in a bowl and mix. Cool it in the refrigerator while you prepare the dressing.
  2. Combine together the coconut cream and cream cheese. Now add the Sweet Sesame Vinaigrette and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  3. Once the greens have cooled down pour the dressing over the salad and top with chili flakes. Garnish with fresh cheese and serve!
