Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
- Rinse the marinated fish in cold water and dry it completely with a kitchen towel.
- Mix all the Masala Mix powders together.
- Coat the fish with the masala mix and keep it overnight to give you the best taste.
- Fry the fish pieces in oil and serve hot with lime wedges. Enjoy!
