Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
Method:
- Slit the lady’s fingers lengthwise into four and chop them into 3 pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the slit lady’s fingers and sauté. Add the salt and let it cook.
- Add in the turmeric, chili powder, coriander cumin powder and mix well.
- Once cooked, drizzle the lemon juice all over and enjoy!
