Easy Crunchy Lady’s Fingers

Crunchy Lady Fingers-1

Lady’s Fingers (Bhindi) 500g <20 Very Low
Turmeric 1 Tsp. <10 Negligible
Lime Juice 1 in number <10 Negligible
Coriander Cumin Powder 2 Tsp. <10 Begligible
Chili Powder 1 Tsp. <20 Very Low
Coconut Oil (or any other Non-Refined Nut Oil) 3 Tbsp. 0 Nil
Salt (Pink and Regular) 1:1 ratio as per taste 0 Nil

Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.


  1. Slit the lady’s fingers lengthwise into four and chop them into 3 pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan; add the slit lady’s fingers and sauté. Add the salt and let it cook.
  3. Add in the turmeric, chili powder, coriander cumin powder and mix well.
  4. Once cooked, drizzle the lemon juice all over and enjoy!
