Easy Bake Modak

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl till it is well blended and forms a smooth dough.
  • Pinch out a small portion and place into modak moulds to form the
    right shape.
  • Place the modaks onto a parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins.
  • Serve warm and enjoy guilt free!
