- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl till it is well blended and forms a smooth dough.
- Pinch out a small portion and place into modak moulds to form the
right shape. - Place the modaks onto a parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins.
- Serve warm and enjoy guilt free!
