Note: All ingredients used should be organic, free from pesticides and Non-GMO.
- Blend the greek yogurt with the sweetener, salt, and a little water.
- Add chia seeds to the mixture and stir. Let it sit in the fridge for a while to cool & for the chia seeds to fluff up.
- Once cooled add grated cucumber, stir and spoon it in your dessert jars, mugs, bowls or ramekins.
- Serve Chilled.
- Tip: – Add 5-6 sliced almonds plain or roasted as well as some fresh berries, if desired, Enjoy!
